1. Delivery Timeline & Fees
Orders are dispatched from our packing warehouse within 24-48 hours. Delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
- Other Regions: 5 to 7 business days.
- Logistics Fees: Flat ₹50 shipping fee applies on orders below ₹500. Orders above ₹500 qualify automatically for free shipping.
2. Packaging Standards
We pack our items carefully in food-grade, airtight glass jars or dual-layer zip-lock paper bags. This protects the aromatic oil content from dissipating and ensures shielding against environmental humidity during transport.
3. Return and Refund Policies
Nice Brand products are consumable agricultural food goods. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened packets. However:
- If you receive a package with broken seals or structural damage, report it to Nicebrand.online@gmail.com with photographs within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will dispatch a fresh replacement or process a full payment refund to your original source account (UPI or Card) within 5 business days.
